This is kindergarten food, okay? Everybody likes tater tot casserole. I’m pretty sure I lived off this stuff during my last pregnancy with Evelyn, so at this point she’s probably about 90% tater tot casserole. And tonight we’re getting all that onion + garlic flavor WITHOUT anybody finding an actual piece of onion and acting personally victimized by it. Dehydrated onion and garlic for the win.
